Victoria López Barrio has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, having been a practising lawyer for more than 20 years. She currently collaborates with the law firm Winkels Abogados. Specialised in Civil Law, she is an expert in Inheritance Law and in new information and communication technologies.

Her long professional career has been developed, above all, defending the client’s interests before the Courts of Justice, with extensive knowledge of Civil Procedural Law and special procedures in inheritance matters.

Victoria López also holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Communications Technology Law from the Camilo José Cela University of Madrid in collaboration with the Madrid Bar Association, developing this new area of law in areas such as computer contracts, electronic commerce and communications, legal protection of software, databases and multimedia, regulation of the communications market, the legal regime of telecommunications and its taxation, among others.
